Well last Thursday I got the superbug. After spending 4 days at home trying to get better and missing the Friday night Dinner. I went back to work on Monday and still haven’t been able to shake this plague.

Overall I feel better but I’m still very spacey and go though some really neat coughing fits. I also can’t seem to get enough sleep. I’m just ready for this plague to be over and done with.

ugh.. This is one on the worst colds I’ve had in a long time. Normally I can work through these things but it took me three days before I could even look at my laptop with out being nauseous.

all I can say is ugh.

Well last night was the very first public viewing of the new San Jose Earthquakes. After 2 years of not having a team since the former teams owners moved them to Houston.

Well last night at PAL stadium in San Jose the New Quakes played against Houston for the first time. We lost 0-1 but the good thing is we didn’t play super-shitty for a new team against the reigning MLS Champions. Granted they B and C teams for them were playing but they are a developed program compared to the quakes which has just started up in the last 9 months with a ton of new players to the league.

I was amazed by the turnout last night the stands on both sides of the field while not huge stands were filled. We might not have a great season(I’m being realistic) but it will be fun no the less judging on last night.

That’s right the date has been set in stone and the Friday night dinner is back.

We are going to start this at the location that started the tradition so many years ago. Then after dinner it’s off to downtown Walnut Creek to have coffee at La Scalla, I just hope grog doesn’t knock the coffee off the table with his leg shaking (just kidding grog).

It’s been too long since this has happened.
