Over the last couple weeks I’ve noticed some mess on the floor of the garage, shredded papers and a hole in the bottom of the dog food bag. Oh great a mouse, so I cleaned it up to see if it would reoccur and sure enough it did. I didn’t take the proper steps then. So 3 nights ago after we moved the food I went into the garage to get the dogs a treat and when I opened the cabinet that this is house a fraking rat ran out. Needless to say I was freaked the frak out. So yesterday I went to home depot and bought a 20 gallon trash can for the dog food, a 5 gallon bucket with lid for the cat food and poison packs. This morning I saw the little fraker ate the poison and now I’m looking for the body. So I move the cabinet the food is in and see a rats nest, so with my respirator on and think latex gloves I start the clean up first with a shovel and then with the shop vac with the hepa bag. I sprayed the area down with a bleach water solution to kill any bacteria for the rat shit, but it lead me to wonder where the little fraker was at. I popped the hood of the corvette and say the bastard was building a nest on the engine so I cleaned that up and checked the rest of the car and saw no trace of him inside the passenger compartment dodged a bullet there.
So I kept on the hunt and decided to chack the back of the refrigerator and saw that the little bastard chewed a hole in the fiberboard cover on the back of the refrigerator so I popped it off and low an behold there was the little fraker. I went to get something to poke him with and when I came back he was gone. FRAK he wasn’t dead so I had to take this to defcon 1 and bring out the big guns, right now I’m laying in wait while my peanut butter baited trap is waiting to zap the shit out of the little bastard.

Victory shall be mine.

When you had hoped to get Rock Band 2 special edition for the Wii for the 3 day weekend.

Instead it’s going to show up on Tuesday. Oh well it’s been really nice out so it’s probably a good thing to make me go outside in the record heat we have been having it’s about 74 outside right now. Which I find amusing since talking to co-workers it’s like 9 and -7 with windchill and I’m really glad to not be in Minnesota where some parts were -70 with the windchill factor Fuck that I like cold but not that cold.
It’s going to be nice for at least another day or 2 here so what do I do? I’ve been good by going to the gym but on a nice day it’s kinda dumb to be inside, I know T and Nicole are going on a ride tomorrow morning so I could do that and if I don’t feel like I beat my body enough I could hit the gym on the way home to use the ab bench and other weight machines to finish my workout. Just nervous getting on the bike because I know how much it’s going to hurt the next day or so and knowing that this warm weather isn’t going to last and I’m not a cold weather rider fuck that I like cold but I don’t like being chilled to the bone.
I will figure something out.

Lots of posts from me these days. I think it helps with my motivation in losing the excess weight I have.
Well as the title says I reached my first goal according to the Wii Fit. I’m now under a BMI of 35 at 248 pounds. this is really my starting point since before the holidays this is where I was sitting for a few months. So now the real work begins to the next goal. Which btw is under a BMI of 34 in the next month which is about 5 pounds and so on, I’m taking it one step at a time and not going overboard with insane goals, I’m taking my time getting in to the groove of going to the gym eating lighter, working on portion control. Portion control is my biggest issue I like food and I really like good food, but it seems to be easier now that I have 10 days under my belt. I’m not having the food cravings like I did the first 5 days. I’m more satisfied with my smaller meals. I’m not doing anything truly different other then muscle milk for breakfast and maybe another after I work out and then dinner. I have cut down my beer intake and other then the 2 I had at the Sharks game on Tuesday I haven’t had any alcohol since dinner on the 4th.
It’s one day at a time I just need to keep that in mind and keep working toward my overall goal for July 31st. to be at 220. I’m on my way but there are alway hurdles and I will over come them.

Burned over 1100 calories at the gym today.
Was able to do an hour on the new Precore 100i, I like the way this machine allows me to change my stride mid step. I had to work myself up to an hour I started at 30 minutes when I started at the gym again and increased my time 5 minutes every time to build up my stamina on the machine. So now I’m going to very between 45 and 60 minutes depending on my workout effort for now.
